Christina Haack Shares Cozy Photo with TV Contractor She Recently Called a ‘Good’ Man

Christina Haack (formerly Hall) is all smiles posing with her contractor!

The Christina in the Country star, 41, posed beside Michael Lange, who is one of the general contractors who works on her show, Christina on the Coat, in a photo shared to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Dec. 4.

The two posed with their arms around one another with big smiles while visiting a garden center. “Putting in the work!” Christina captioned her photo. She also tagged Lange’s Instagram handle, @capo_a_general.

This is the second time this week that Lange has made an appearance on Christina’s Instagram Stories.

On Dec. 2, the HGTV star shared a look at the setup of her towering Christmas tree in her Newport Beach, Calif. home. In the shot, a pair of unfamiliar legs can be seen sticking out underneath the branches at the bottom of the tree.

Tagging Lange in her caption, she wrote, “There are still good men left. One of them right here single handedly hoisted this 11 foot tree into my home. Appreciate you."

Lange is a licensed general contractor and competitive motocross racer, per his Instagram. He’s also working with Christina and designer Kylie Wing for their new company Christina & Kylie, launched in October 2024.

Another Instagram hints he may have a hand in a third project with the star: Christina's upcoming HGTV show, The Flip Off, which also stars her first husband Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa.

In a clip shared to Heather's Instagram Stories on Dec. 5, Lange can be seen along with Tarek, Christina and Heather as the group tackles a project together in a similar setting to the one shown in Christina's Dec. 4 photo.

"A little BTS on set yesterday," Heather wrote in her Stories, tagging the other group members in the caption.

In November, Christina’s Instagram followers were sent into a frenzy when she shared a photo with another man, her "great friend" Jared Merrell.

While the snap was taken on a group trip in Mexico for the JStar Auto Group owner’s birthday (which was also attended by his wife and several friends), Christina’s followers immediately took to the comments to question whether she was introducing him as her new romantic partner months after she split from her third husband Josh Hall.

One follower wrote, "Omg! Not another husband," while another added, "WHO IS YOUR MAN NOW."

After giving Christina’s caption another read, some admitted they misinterpreted the nature of their relationship: "Lmao! I first thought she was introducing us to a new boyfriend! I was like damn girl slow down!!"

Josh and Christina officially split in July when the formerly Austin-based realtor filed for divorce after nearly three years of marriage. He cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split and also requested spousal support.

In November, Christina shared that filming with Josh for The Flip Off, which he was originally supposed to co-star in, caused a rift in their marriage during an interview with ET.

In addition to Josh allegedly being “insecure” during the filming process, Christina claimed he had an issue with her and Tarek’s relationship, adding, “[Josh] doesn’t like our dynamic, because Tarek and I have our own dynamic, and some could call it ‘flirty.’ For me, it’s like a sibling type of thing.”

Tarek and Christina, who starred on their hit HGTV show Flip or Flop together until it ended in 2022, share two children together — daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9. She is also mom to son Hudson, 5, from her second marriage to Ant Anstead.
