Here is the new Christmas song with Chiefs star Travis Kelce and Boyz II Men

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce joined Boyz II Men for a new Christmas song.

Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is on a roll these days.

In addition to being a three-time Super Bowl champion and one of the best to play his position in NFL history, Kelce has jumped into acting with appearances on the FX show “Grotesquerie” and a cameo planned for “Happy Gilmore 2.”

And Kelce was featured on brother Jason Kelce’s Philly Special Christmas album a year ago. Another holiday record will be out soon, and Travis Kelce sings with Boyz II Men on “It’s Christmas Time (In Cleveland Heights).”

On the latest episode of the New Heights podcast, he talked about that song.

You want to talk about full circle, that is exactly who I think of Christmas music from my childhood like, obviously you got the legendary songs from before we were even born,” Kelce said. “But the songs that were created as we were growing up, I mean, Boyz II Men had so many bangers in there. When I hear their voice, it kind of like reminds me or puts me in that Christmas mood. And to be on the same song as them is ... insane.”

The New Heights podcast shared a look behind the scenes of the making of the song and you can hear a bit of the tune in this video, too.

Kelce sang with his brother on last year’s Philly Specials Christmas. That was called “Fairytale of Philadelphia.”

Kelce is excited for fans to hear the new Christmas song.

“I can’t wait to play that thing while we’re in the Christmas spirit,” Kelce said, “and snow’s falling and there’s presents under the tree, baby.”
