Instead of waiting all week to get our fix, we’re cooking seven celebratory dinners leading up to the main event. We’re talking chicken wings, nachos and more; just make sure you have plenty of cold beer to wash ’em down.

Buffalo chicken is delicious but expected. Buffalo tuna, on the other hand, will surprise your fam and still get them in the spirit. Ready in 15 minutes flat, this souped-up grilled cheese is full of protein to keep you satisfied.
Tuesday: Puff Pastry Pizza Bundles
Your kids will be thrilled for these seven-ingredient, pepperoni-filled bites, which are as easy to prepare as they are nostalgic. Serve them with Caesar salad or soup and plenty of pizza sauce for dipping.
Wednesday: Loaded Baked Potato and Cauliflower Soup
Potato skins are a Super Bowl must—but have you ever had them in soup form? Skip the bacon (add liquid smoke to compensate, if desired) and substitute vegetable broth for chicken stock to make this cozy dish vegetarian.
Thursday: Sheet Pan Chilaquiles
If you’ve never had the immense pleasure of eating chilaquiles, they’re a traditional Mexican breakfast dish that’s basically saucy, sauteed loaded nachos. They’re usually cooked in a single skillet, but this crowd-pleaser is conveniently assembled on a sheet pan instead.
These are *so* much more impressive than the frozen kind. The lemony, garlicky dip elevates them even further, but we won’t judge you for serving them with honey mustard and ketchup if you want.
Everyone loves crispy chicken wings. But frying them? Not so much. With this simple recipe, you can achieve shatteringly crisp skin and juicy meat minus the mess. (The trick is dredging the wings in baking powder to kickstart the browning process.)
Sunday: The Ultimate Party Sub
There’s truly no easier way to feed a crowd than with a gargantuan sandwich. Slice this meaty masterpiece when your guests arrive and serve it with a few sides, like potato chips, pickles and potato salad. Then, all that’ll be left to think about is cocktails.
