Coronation Street teases Gail's exit with family photo and new trailer
Coronation Street has teased Gail Rodwell's upcoming exit with a short new trailer, and a stunning new Platt family photo.
The portrait sees, from left to right, Audrey Roberts, Max Turner, Sarah, Gail, Nick Tilsley, David, Bethany and Shona all dressed up in a fancy-looking room. Although, Gail aside, none of them look very happy.
And that's reflective of where everyone is in the soap right now. Gail is super excited for her upcoming wedding and move to France with Jessie Chadwick, but her family are falling apart around her.

David and Shona's lies threaten to tear their marriage apart, while Nick's ex Leanne Battersby is out to destroy his new relationship with her sister Toyah Habeeb.
Max is standing by Lauren Bolton as Joel Deering's murder trial awaits, but there's worries that he won't be able to cope with all of it, while Sarah and Bethany are still reeling from the aftermath of the dodgy cosmetic surgery job.
Meanwhile, Audrey is struggling to deal with the thought of Gail leaving, especially at the current time. To make it even worse, Gail is completely oblivious.
Christmas Day will see Gail leave Weatherfield, we know that for certain, but will it be with Jessie or on her own? And how will the family manage without her?

In other Platt news, Sarah's son Harry has been recast, and you'll see the new actor for the first time on screen this week.
Meanwhile, David actor Jack P Shepherd revealed how he made a last-minute change to the big exit storyline too.
