Coronavirus: Canada taking steps to ensure ‘safe and efficient' distribution of Moderna vaccine once approved

Maj.-Gen. Dany Fortin said on Wednesday that collective efforts to bring initial shipments of the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine to Canada were a success, and that they are taking “deliberate steps to ensure the safe and efficient distribution” of the Moderna vaccine across the country once it is approved. Fortin added that a “dry run” is ongoing for the delivery of the vaccine.
