COVID-19: Quebec launches $2 million vaccine incentive lottery

Quebec will launch a lottery for a total of $2 million in prizes in order to get more people to roll up their sleeves for the COVID-19 vaccine. Health Minister Christian Dubé announced the initiative Friday as the province ramps up its immunization campaign ahead of fall.
