Crash claims life of 28-year-old man
A 28-year-old man is dead after a collision near Bishop's Falls.
The crash happened near the Sir Robert Bond Bridge around 4:00 p.m. on Saturday afternoon when the vehicle he was in left the road.
Police said weather conditions at the time were poor, with heavy rain and water on the road.
The Grand Falls-Windsor RCMP said its traffic reconstructionist attended the scene to conduct an investigation into the cause of the collision.
The unnamed 28-year-old died at the scene.
Police said the investigation is still on going.
