Critics Trash Donald Trump Jr. And Eric Trump For 'On The Nose' Halloween Costumes

Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump wore Halloween costumes on Thursday that were, quite literally, garbage.

The two elder sons of former president and current GOP nominee Donald Trump took the trashy theme to heart, following their father’s recent campaign stunt as a refuse collector.

In response to conservative faux anger over President Joe Biden’s supposed remark about “garbage” Trump supporters ― which the White House later clarified was a reference to the rhetoric spewed at Trump’s recent Madison Square Garden rally, and not an insult aimed at Trump voters themselves ― Donald Trump Jr. wore a trash bag decorated with various bits of garbage, topped with a “Make America Great Again” hat and a Trump 2024 flag.

“Embrace their hate and own it. Then VOTE!” he posted on social media. “I’m fine being garbage like the rest of you deplorables and irredeemables @ patriots!!! Love you all hope you have a blast tonight!”

Eric Trump shared a similar outfit, captioning a family photo: “American ‘Garbage.’” He also wore a trash bag with a MAGA hat.

Critics on social media mocked their style choices as a Halloween self-own.
