Cybersecurity breach at Calgary Public Library forces closure of locations across the city
All Calgary Public Library locations closed Friday due to a cybersecurity breach that has compromised some systems, a spokesperson for the library said.
Calgary Public Library said the closures are to mitigate potential impact and are a proactive measure. All locations are shut down as of 5 p.m.
All servers and computer access will also be shut off in addition to the closure of library locations.
