Cyclist, 46, taken to hospital with serious injuries after being hit by truck: Saskatoon police
A 46-year-old cyclist was rushed to hospital with serious injuries Friday evening after he was hit by a truck in Saskatoon.
Police said traffic restrictions were in place for northbound traffic on Diefenbaker Drive, between Fairlight Drive and 22nd Street W., following the collision, which happened around 6 p.m.
In an update issued around 10:30 p.m., police said the cyclist remained in hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries, and the traffic restrictions had been lifted.
Police are investigating with help from collision analysts unit.
