The website reports that McCarthy put his home, located in Allen, up for sale in July. A deal is pending.

The five-bedroom, seven bathroom home has 8,346 square feet. It is inside a private gated community and includes a swimming pool and sauna.

CowboysCountry.com also reported that McCarthy owns the $2 million home of former Cowboys defensive coordinator and current Washington Commanders head coach Dan Quinn.

Speculation around McCarthy’s job security has surrounded the head coach, who has led the team to a losing record (3-6) and has lost its last four games in a row.

His contract ends at the end of the 2024 season.

According to Next Gen Stats, the Cowboys are a long shot for the playoffs with only a 3% chance.
