Deadpool & Wolverine's cut Disney joke has been confirmed
Deadpool & Wolverine takes plenty of jabs at its new studio home, but one joke aimed at Disney was cut from the script.
Writer-director Shawn Levy confirmed that he and Ryan Reynolds were asked to change one bit of a dialogue in the third outing for the foul-mouthed superhero. Now, that line of dialogue has been revealed.
The film's script has been officially released by the House of Mouse, with the original joke still intact.
Taking place in the scene where Deadpool meets Elektra, Blade and Gambit (referred to here as Eleven, Billy and Gatsby), and learns that Magento won't be joining their resistance due to suffering from a bout of being dead.

"F**K! What we can’t even afford one more X-Man?" Deadpool says. "Disney is so cheap. I can barely breathe with all this Mickey Mouse cock in my throat."
In the final film, the line is still pretty strong, but has another character in a sexual scenario rather than Disney's mascot: "It's like Pinocchio jamming his nose up my ass for lying like crazy."
When he spoke about the line earlier this year, Levy said that: "We have made a pact, Ryan and I, to go to our grave with that line, but I will say that it was replaced with an equally dirty line of dialogue about Pinocchio...

"I was like, 'Ryan, that's your replacement line in response to, 'Can we clean it up?' That's Ryan Reynolds for you, audacious to the very edge."
Meanwhile, Reynolds was just announced to be bringing another animated mouse to the big screen.
Deadpool & Wolverine is now available to stream on Disney+.
