Del Duca defends planned gas-tax cut, Horwath promises to regulate prices

Ontario Liberal Leader Steven Del Duca is defending his party's plan to press ahead with a gas-tax cut if elected to government because it will help families and won't impact his party's promises to invest more in health care and education. Meanwhile, the New Democrats Leader Andrea Horwath is promising to regulate retail and wholesale mark-up of gas prices.
