The futuristic sci-fi film "Dune" has made its debut at the Toronto International Film Festival. Quebec-born Director Denis Villeneuve says he doesn't believe the pandemic has dampened moviegoers appreciation for the theatre. Despite a star-studded cast Villeneuve and Rebecca Ferguson, who plays Lady Jessica, were the only ones in attendance on the red carpet. Ferguson says Villeneuve's vision of "Dune" really empowers the female characters.
