DNA investigators take the stand during trial of accused NorCal rapist

The second day of a trial for a man accused of raping women across six Northern California took place Tuesday in Sacramento. Roy Charles Waller, 60, the so-called NorCal Rapist suspect, faces more than a dozen felony counts.
