Donald Trump Poses With Bald Eagle for 'Time' Magazine

Donald Trump is on the cover of Time magazine, and the headline reads: "Deal with it."

The Republican presidential hopeful poses with a bald eagle, the emblem of the United States, for his spread in the news publication.

And Trump doesn't hold back, saying how he really feels about his political constituents.

"Look, I was just as disappointed in the Republicans as I am the Democrats. I mean at least the Democrats you know where they’re coming from," the 69-year-old businessman said. "It’s almost like when they get to Washington, I will not let this happen to me, they’re so enamored with the magnificence that they sort of say, 'Oh, we can’t do this. We can’t do that.' They become different. Does that make sense?"

He added of his opponents, "They’re puppets. I’m the only non-puppet in the group."

The former Celebrity Apprentice star, whose net worth is estimated to be nearly $9 billion, also feels that politician's need to obtain campaign funds can change how they govern.

"It's the rare politician that can do what's right in the face of massive contributions," he said.

Trump went on to answer questions regarding how his daughters, Ivanka and Tiffany Trump, feel about their father's presidential aspirations.

"Ivanka was interesting because I'm very strong on women’s health issues. And I couldn't believe what [Jeb] Bush said last week about he wouldn’t fund, essentially wouldn’t fund women’s health issues. And I hit him hard," Trump said. "And she came back and she said, 'I’m so glad you did that Dad, because people don’t know how you respect women, they don’t know how you get it, and you have to get that word out.'"

Not long after announcing his presidential run, Trump sat down with ET to defend his controversial remarks made about Mexican immigrants.

"I don't have a racist bone in my body," Trump said, defending himself against accusations of racism. "The fact that I want a strong border and the fact that I don't want illegal immigrants pouring into this country, that doesn't make me a racist, it means I love this country and I want to save this country."
