Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, does more than popping pimples. Her patients come in looking for her expertise and expert hands on all kinds of different dermatological conditions beyond acne. Her latest patient had a case of rhinophyma, which required a surgical removal.

It's an incredible sight to behold in her latest Instagram video. So, don't scroll on by because it's not a set of blackheads just yet, folks. Dr. Pimple Popper tells everyone this is "A happy patient ❤️" in the caption.

That's really all you need to know to appreciate her work. The video begins with a view of her patient and what appears to be a nodule or growth off of one nostril. It’s definitely misshapen and bumpy. The doctor takes her loop cautery tool and proceeds to scrape off layers of the man’s nose. Apparently, he doesn’t feel a damn thing. One shocked fan commented, "Wow that hot butter knife 😍"

Dr. Pimple Popper explained the condition in more detail. "Rhinophyma is a part of rosacea (a common skin condition, especially among people of Celtic descent), that is significantly more common among men. It affects the nose, causing thickening of skin and dilated pores. The skin around the nose thickens due to an excess production of oil from the sebaceous glands (oil glands). Even though this is not a life-threatening condition, the appearance of it can personally affect those who have it. So I was very happy that this patient was impressed with our work #drpimplepopper #rhinophyma #dermatology"

The end result is a smooth and totally transformed nose. No wonder her patient was happy. He definitely "nose" a good doc when he sees it.
