Did you know that pimples have feelings. Stay with me, here. Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, let everyone in on that info in her latest Instagram video. In the clip, she squeezes out a cyst and tells all her fans it is a "lonely" pimple.

She explained all of that in the caption: "What's this I've found here? A lonely cyst... 👀💥 #drpimplepopper #cyst #squeeze" It turns out the diagnosis does not change the popping strategy. Dr. Pimple Popper followed through on the lonely cyst in exactly the same way as her other pops.

The big question left unanswered was the location of the cyst: "Trying to figure out what part of the body that is🤔" Lots of fans are trying to figure that out.

Some thought it was on the woman's chest or cleavage. Others were so certain it popped up in an armpit. Another fan suggested: "maybe behind the knee? 🤷🏻♀️" One Popaholic wrote "it's between the neck and shoulder, above the clavicle IMO."

It doesn't matter if the fans don't know where it's located. Dr. Pimple Popper definitely knows where it is and what to do with the cyst. This one called for a punch biopsy tool. Dr. Pimple Popper punched through and then squeezed out all the gunk stuck under the skin. It came squishing out like a caterpillar, according to one fan.
