  • Dr. Pimple Popper, a.k.a. Sandra Lee, MD, just squeezed a "buttery" steatocystoma in a new Instagram video.

  • The bump was located behind her patient's earlobe.

  • Plenty of gooey liquid comes gushing out as Dr. Pimple Popper makes her extraction.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is kicking of her day with a "steatocystoma snack". Dr P. loves to compare these steatocystomas to food. She's extracted others that she's referred to as "skittles" in one patient, vanilla yogurt in another, yellow mustard in one case, and another she deemed was "like pasta". And she says that this one is extra buttery.

"A whole Steatocystoma SNACK! 👉🏻🧈👈🏻 SWIPE ➡️ to watch! #drpimplepopper #steatocystoma," she captioned the post.

In the video, she starts by showing off the steatocystoma, which is located behind her female patient's earlobe.

Then in another clip, she is seen slicing the patient's earlobe open to start the extraction. She tells the person filming to "sit back for a minute...hopefully it doesn't get us!" She fully expects there to be some "liquid."

She tells her patient that it is a steatocystoma, and that it's "a good one".

She slices a little more, and gooey liquid comes spewing out. She then starts squeezing (and makes sure to ask the patient if she is hurting her, which she is not!) to get more of the gunk out, and says, "It's kind of looks like butter or custard."

Her patient says that she "thought it would be a hard one", but Dr. P says no and reminds her of how "fleshy" it was before the extraction.

One fan commented, "The gooier the better 😍," and another commented, "Extra butter for popcorn 🍿🖤." And another wrote that it looked more like "Lemon curd."
