  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helps a man with a giant pilar cyst on his hairless head.

  • The bump sticks out of her patient like an "olive" and is impossible to miss.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper uses a suspension stitch to leverage the whole thing out intact.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, just announced that she does play favorites with the pimples. (Cue the shock!) It's not so surprising when you see the absolutely massive cyst growing and awaiting her care on her latest patient's head.

It all goes down in Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, and it's quite the entertaining sight to behold. She explains why it's among her favorites in the caption: "One of my absolute favorite pilar cyst removals! Love using a 'suspension suture' when the walls of a pilar cyst are too smooth, reminds me of an olive. I couldn't grasp this cyst with my forceps, so I decided to place a suture into it so I could pull it out. Neat little trick huh? 😜 #drpimplepopper #cyst #pilarcyst"

Dr. Pimple Popper says, "I place a suture into the pilar cyst as a suspension stitch so I can pull it out." Then, she pulls and squeezes. The pilar cyst ruptures and some gunk starts squeezing out, but not before the whole "olive" blob emerges out of the hole.

Dr. Pimple Popper's unique technique works like a charm. It's a crowd-pleaser just like the pilar cyst, too. Fans wrote in the comments, "It’s like you are going fishing! You are baiting your fish hook with this Pilar cyst so you can bring it up (or out) for air!! 👏👍😁❤️" Kudos to Dr. Pimple Popper for another pop well done!
