  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helps a patient with a mysterious bump next to a giant scar.

  • The scar is from a previous surgery, and fans are very concerned.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper slices the blackhead cyst hybrid open and squeezes all the gunk out.

Is there anything more satisfying than extracting a giant blackhead? Dermatologist Sandra Lee, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, and all her fans don't think there is. She just squeezed out a seriously satisfying "blackhead-slash-cyst" from a patient's back, and it's the popaholic equivalent of fresh linens or a glass of lemonade. Right this way for all the chill.

In her latest video, Dr. Pimple Popper clears a mystery bump from a patient's back. "This is what it feels like to come home after a long day, peel the covers back and finally get in bed 😌💥" Dr. Pimple Popper wrote in the caption of the video. She found the cyst right above a scar from where the patient recently underwent surgery (which some fans believed to be from MOHS skin cancer surgery or a previous cyst extraction).

After making a small incision, Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes the area with her fingers, then pulls out the pea-sized mass of gray, crusty skin cells with a tweezer and shows the cyst to her patient.

"You got a little cute one there," Dr. Pimple Popper says, "I'll show you the size of it." Blackheads are caused by blocked hair follicles in the skin, when a mass of dead cells mixes with sebum, the oil secreted by the sebaceous gland, to form a hard bump called a comedo, the derm has shared previously. Small blackheads can be removed with a comedone extractor, while larger ones like the one in Dr. Pimple Popper's video need to be professionally removed by a dermatologist.

As thrilling as that extraction was, popaholics in the comments were, uh, not all satisfied. One happy fan wrote, "It's either this or Bob Ross 😂"

Others were more concerned with the patient's scar, with many commenters speculating that the scar was infected. "I was hoping the scar would open up and ooze," one fan said, while another wrote, "now we need to know what the scar is from."

It looks like you'll have to wait and see for more scar intel from Dr. Pimple Popper.
