Halton Police have charged several persons in its routine operation against impaired driving from different areas of Halton Hills.
Tomasz Wilk, 44, a resident of Eden Mills was charged with impaired driving at 25 Side Road and Fourth Line Nassagaweya in Milton. In another instance, Halton Police officers responded to a citizen-initiated complaint in the area of Dawson Crescent and Delrex Boulevard in Halton Hills. As a result of an investigation, Steven Pietras, 18 of Georgetown was charged with driving while impaired.
Similarly Halton Police officers took action on another citizen-initiated complaint. Changoh Han, 33, of Oakville was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80 milligrams or more, within two hours.
In South Service Road and Harvester Road in Burlington, Taylor Muis, 28, of Hamilton was charged with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.
Halton Police officers also responded to an incident in the area of Post Road and Fowley Drive in Oakville and charged one Jaroslav Sakac, 24, of Oakville with operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration 80mgs or more, within two hours.
