A drone “crashed” onto the roof of a shopping center in Belgorod, the governor of Russia’s Belgorod Oblast, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported on Telegram on March 12.

“In Belgorod, near the railway station, a drone crashed onto the roof of a shopping center,” he wrote.

“There are no casualties. According to preliminary data, one car was damaged. The area is cordoned off.”

According to the Russian Telegram news channel Shot, it is probably the Vokzalny shopping center that was affected. It houses Magnit (a Russian supermarket chain), a pharmacy, and a bakery.

One of the drones was earlier reported to have crashed into the Belgorod administration building. According to Gladkov, two people were injured as a result: one woman sustained shrapnel wounds, and another sustained contusion.
