    An extensive police and Ground Search and Rescue effort in the West Royalty neighbourhood of Charlottetown has resulted in the safe return of a man to his home.The man, who suffered from dementia, was reported missing Friday morning, and was believed to have left his home some time overnight.Police wanted to inform the public to expect a large presence of police and ground search and rescue in the area.
