By Mahmoud Mourad CAIRO (Reuters) - Egypt replaced its interior minister on Thursday as part of a minor cabinet reshuffle that also included changes to the agriculture, tourism and telecommunications portfolios, just over a week ahead of a high-profile investment conference. Prime Minister Ibrahim Mehleb told reporters the reshuffle would not affect the conference, from which Egypt hopes to secure up to $12 billion in domestic and foreign investment. Mohamed Ibrahim was appointed Interior Minister by Islamist President Mohamed Mursi, who was ousted by the army in 2013 after mass protests against his rule. The presidency statement said Ibrahim had been replaced by Magdi Abdel Ghaffar who security sources say is a retired general and former director of the National Security Department at the ministry.
