Elizabeth Hurley is showing off her mega-toned abs in one of her white, string bikinis in a new Instagram photo.
The actress, 57, often posts pics while posing in her swimwear line.
Elizabeth opts for more nontraditional workouts, and makes sure to stay moving while doing her daily tasks.
It may be the dead of winter, but that hasn't stopped Elizabeth Hurley from working a bikini for all it’s worth. Liz just dropped a pic on Instagram of herself wearing a gorgeous, white, swimsuit. And by the way, the suit comes from her very own swim line, Elizabeth Hurley Beach, so it makes sense she's showing it off every chance she gets.
The photo is simple: The 57-year-old actress is gazing into the distance while showing off her impressively toned abs. But she uploaded the pics with three different colored filters and each one gets better than the next.
“One Celestial bikini- three filters ❤️😘,” she wrote in the caption. Naturally, people loved it. “As usual , blatantly ravishing!!” one wrote, while someone else chimed in with more fire emojis than I can possibly count.
And, in November, she announced that she was “back in a bikini,” which is basically her version of jeans and a tee:
Elizabeth isn’t really into going to the gym, but she is into found fitness (i.e. finding ways to get active throughout your day). “I don't really do any set exercise, per se, because I prefer to get my exercise from doing something than being in the gym,” she previously told Women’s Health.
That means doing squats while she brushes her teeth to tone her legs and butt, along with a 20-minute walk with her dogs to get her heart rate up. She’s also all about gardening and logging (a.k.a. chopping trees down and hauling the around). Liz said she’s also not afraid to get her blood pumping while raking leaves.
“I do as much outside during the winter as I do during the summer,” she said. “I'd rather do housework than go to the gym. I'd rather scrub a mirror—it does just as much.”
On the food front, Liz recently told WH that she tries to be mindful about what she eat. "I try really hard to eat three times a day," she shared. "I think the concept of snacking and grazing throughout the day is terrible for people's digestion. I think you need to eat and then give your body time to digest, use that food, and completely empty.”
But, if she’s hungry or needs an energy boost between meals, she’ll reach for a banana or almonds.
Now, where can I get that bikini...?
