It looks like Elliot Page is enjoying his summer.

The actor, who came out as transgender in December, took to his Instagram Stories on Friday to post a selfie from a trailer on set. Wearing just a pair of black shorts, the shirtless Page revealed his washboard abs in the photo. A "TGIF" sticker was also included in the shot to kick off the weekend.

Page shared another shirtless photo back in May, Yahoo Life previously reported. The Umbrella Academy star, 34, sported his "first" pair of swim trunks as he smiled for the camera, including the hashtags #TransJoy" and #TransIsBeautiful.

Page is set to receive a prestigious honor on Aug. 22 at the closing night gala of the Outfest L.A.’s Annual Trans and Non-binary Summit, an event that gives recognition to those who have significantly contributed to the LGBTQ+ community through stories, art and media.

Page has spoken openly about the significance of undergoing transition surgery last year. In May, he told Oprah Winfrey that the experience was ultimately "life-saving," CNN previously reported.

"I want people to know that not only has it been life-changing for me, I do believe it is life-saving and it's the case for so many people," said Page, who added that he found the greatest joy in getting out of the shower in the morning and being able to look in the mirror and say, "there I am."

"It's being able to touch my chest and feel comfortable in my body probably for the first time," he said, adding, "this is incredibly new. I feel like I haven't gotten to be myself since I was 10 years old."
