Emmerdale airs fiery cliffhanger for Moira and Ruby

Emmerdale has aired a fiery cliffhanger for Moira Dingle and Ruby Fox-Miligan.
Monday's episode was centered around a dangerous confrontation between sisters-in-law Ruby and Moira in the farm's barn.
Moira had attacked Ruby last week for allegedly flirting with Cain — though Caleb later spied Moira attempting to kiss Cain's son Nate Robinson in the barn.
Following weeks of troubling behaviour, Moira ended up putting both her and Ruby's lives on the line in a dramatic instalment of Emmerdale.
Ruby once again taunted Moira, though she became alarmed when her rival failed to respond. In Moira's mind, Ruby's voice started to blend with her late nemesis Emma Barton.
"You killed James, you did that," Moira frighteningly declared.
Moira raised her shotgun and then padlocked the barn. A terrified Ruby tried to calm things down, but Moira fired a warning shot into the air.

As a spark lit a blaze in the barn, Moira and Ruby soon started grappling over the shotgun. Moira ultimately knocked Ruby out cold with a blow to the head.
It was only after the scuffle that Moira emerged from her haze, wondering what happened between her and Ruby.
The blaze soon grew out of control when some tractor fuel caught fire, trapping both Ruby and Moira in an inferno. Moira kneeled over Ruby's lifeless body, as the flames crept closer.
Meanwhile, Cain confronted Nate after hearing of his supposed betrayal with Moira. Before Nate could even explain himself, Cain set upon him and beat his son senselessly.
Nate pleaded with Cain that he rejected Moira's kiss, but his father walked away from him in disgust. Will Cain discover the fire before it's too late?
Emmerdale airs on weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV1, and streams on ITVX.
