Eurocontrol Re-Files December 31, 2014 MD&A

Eurocontrol Technics Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EUO) ("Eurocontrol" or the "Company"), a Canadian public company specializing in the acquisition, development and commercialization of innovative energy security, authentication, verification and certification technologies, announces that it is re-filing its Management Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for the year ended December 31, 2014 as a result of a normal course disclosure review by the Alberta Securities Commission.

The amended MD&A, among other things: removes redundancies; better explains period over period changes; clarifies the discussion on XwinSys (including grants received); enhances disclosure on the Company's research agreement with Ramot at Tel Aviv University; enhances disclosure on compensation of key management personnel; and enhances disclosure on required future expenditures and the Company's working capital position.
