Ex-White House Adviser Seb Gorka Is Handing Out What Look Like Homemade Fox News Business Cards

Seb Gorka enjoyed a relatively brief stay in the Trump administration, where he served in a vague capacity as a national security advisor. Well, relatively brief under normal circumstances, but it's actually a pretty normal tenure now, as evidenced by this photo of him with a bunch of other White House has-beens.

Many former Trump staffers have taken their grift game elsewhere looking for new marks, like Harvard, for example, and Gorka, who came on board with Trump alongside his former boss, Steve Bannon, has been peddling anti-Muslim propaganda and stirring up controversy with Nazi-linked regalia. But on Monday, Mediaite discovered that his post-White House career may not be going great.

While he's appeared on Fox News numerous times, Gorka doesn't have an official position with the network, but you wouldn't know that based on the seemingly home-made business cards he's been handing out. The cards have an outdated version of the Fox News logo and don't match cards handed out by other people who definitely do work for the network.

In a separate story from The Daily Beast earlier this month, a Fox News staffer admitted that they no longer rely on or book Gorka for "hard news" programs because he's "useless" and serves no purpose beyond being an apologist and cheerleader for Donald Trump. Per The Daily Beast:

As the Fox staffer explained, the reason for this is a general opinion within the news division and among reporting staff that Gorka is a “clown” and not an “objective” commentator on national security issues. (Gorka is often tagged by his critics as an academic fraud and an anti-Muslim zealot posing as an expert on radical Islam and foreign policy.)

Fox News itself did not reply to the Daily Beast's requests for comment about why Gorka was no longer being booked on their channel; Gorka himself did reply, saying via email “Seriously? You are such a loser. Get a life."
