Being that Stamos and Taylor Lautner are the newest "eye candy" to join the Fox horror comedy, Stamos couldn't help but crack a few jokes about the experience.

"Our first shot yesterday we came out of the elevator, they start on our shoes and they pan up," he told ET's Leanne Aguilera. "Then [executive producer] Brad [Falchuk] goes 'John, could you grab yourself?' I'm grabbing myself. I felt like a piece of meat day one!"

Stamos plays Dr. Brock Holt, whom he notes was "poached from the Mayo Clinic" by Jamie Lee Curtis' character, Dean Cath Munsch."She saw my Playgirl '10 hottest doctors' and brought me over," said Stamos with a laugh.

As for Holt's backstory, Stamos described him as "a brilliant surgeon," with a replacement limb. "I lost my hand in bizarre Super Bowl party accident so he has a hand from someone else," he explained.
