Facebook, American Outdoor Brands, Nestlé, Juul: Companies to Watch

Here are the companies the Yahoo Finance team is watching for you today.

TikTok has unseated Facebook (FB) as the second most downloaded app in 2019. The social media video app was downloaded 700 million times globally, outpacing Facebook, Facebook Messenger and Instagram. Facebook's Whats App remained the most downloaded app of 2019.

A change at the top for American Outdoor Brands (AOBC). James Debney is out as the company's CEO because of misconduct. It happened after the board found out he was "inconsistent with a non-financial company policy." Executives Mark Smith and Brian Murphy are being named co-CEOs. Smith will lead the company's gun unit, while Murphy will oversee the outdoor business.

Nestlé (NSRGY) is going green. The company is investing over $2 billion in sustainable packaging. It wants to have fully recyclable or reusable packaging by 2025. Nestle released a statement saying, "Food quality and safety are paramount, and packaging plays a major role in assuring this."

Juul is pumping the breaks on its overseas expansion. The e-cigarette company told staff it may leave the South Korean market and postpone plans to debut in New Zealand, according to the Wall Street Journal. The company has a retail store in Seoul but has had trouble making sales due to tight restrictions from the government.
