SCOTT PIANOWSKI: Scott Pianowski, Yahoo Fantasy Baseball, here for a stock watch report. Who's on the way up? Who's on the way down?

Let's give some props to Cody Bellinger, who is widely available outside the top 150 on draft day. He looks terrific for the Cubs. He has improved his walk rate and significantly cut down his strikeout rate. His chase rate is the best it's been in four years. And he's part of a Cubs lineup that's been better than expected. Bellinger's hitting for a plus average. He's running a little bit. The power has come back. Right now, he's a top 15 player in Yahoo Fantasy leagues. And he looks like one of the biggest ADP beaters. I wish I had Cody Bellinger on any of my teams right now. I hope you did better than I did on draft day. What a great comeback story!

Things moving in the other direction for Teoscar Hernandez in Seattle. We got nervous when he was traded out of Toronto, a good hitter's park, to Seattle, which is a notorious pitcher's park. And actually, Hernandez is hitting under .200 on the road. So he's been a problem everywhere right now. And the walk-strikeout rate tells a very ghastly tale. He's got 41 strikeouts against two walks as we tape this video.

Power stats are still there. If you have Hernandez on your team, maybe you wait for a little bit of a power binge, and then try to sell him. But until his approach gets better at the plate, I know he's always kind of been a "see the ball, hit the ball" player, but right now, his strike zone judgment is really poor. I'm afraid he's going to be an ADP minus when we add up the stats at the end of the season. Be careful with Teoscar Hernandez.
