Fast food restaurant near HAPO Center closes abruptly after nearly 25 years
One of several Arby’s fast-food restaurants in the Tri-Cities closed this week, apparently for good.
The roast beef restaurant chain posted signs in its Pasco store, 5115 N. Road 68, announcing the closure.
An employee told the Herald it closed its doors at the end of business Saturday, Dec. 28.
The 3,300-square-foot restaurant was built in 2005, property records indicate.
The Pasco store referred customers hungry for its classic Beef ‘n Cheddar sandwich to its Kennewick restaurant, 1310 N. Columbia Center Blvd.
The chain operates outlets in Richland, Kennewick and east Pasco. A local manager had no information about the Pasco closure and the company’s media relations office was not available for comment on New Year’s Eve.
Arby’s is owned by Atlanta-based Inspire Brands and operates more than 3,300 restaurants.
