Bob Chamberlin, the former vice-president of the Union of B.C. Indian Chiefs, hopes Canadians are 'awake' to the experience of First Nations in Canada after the Penelakut Tribe in B.C.'s Southern Gulf Islands says it found more than 160 unmarked graves near the former Kuper Island Residential School.
