Flood damage looks like 'sheer carnage,' says Canadian in Spain

Thousands of people in Spain saw their homes destroyed, and over 200 people have died after torrential rain caused flash floods. Macrae Morse, a Canadian living in Spain, had to walk about 12 kilometres to get home the day of the flood and described what he saw as ‘absolutely devastating.'
