Front brings patchy fog, storms expected Sunday evening east of I-35
A weak cold front brought patchy fog and mist to North Texas on Sunday, Jan. 26 and scattered rainfall is expected east of Interstate 35 this evening.
Drivers are advised by the National Weather Service Fort Worth to use caution while driving on wet roads, slow down and use low beam headlights if they encounter fog.
Temperatures will remain chilly, with a low of 32 degrees expected overnight.
Possible storms this week
An active rain pattern will be seen through the week with a threat of heavy rainfall on Wednesday, Jan. 29 through Friday Jan. 31, according to the NWS.
The storms could drop 1 to 4 inches of rains, the NWS said.
