Gabrielle Union is ‘forty-FINE’ in crochet bikini: ‘Let’s get it’
Gabrielle Union has that glow.
On Monday, the 49-year-old actress shared two photos of herself having some fun in the sun during her trip to Cuixmala on the Mexico coastline. She was sporting a crochet bikini by Akoia Swim that showed off her toned abs. This post comes just days after Union celebrated her 49th birthday.
"Runnin into this week like… Let’s get it!" she captioned the post.
Celebrity friends and fans flooded the comments in awe of her stunning photos.
"BODY!!!" Tracee Ellis Ross said.

"Forty fine indeed," a fan wrote.

On her birthday, the Bad Boys II star and mother of one shared a series of bikini photos while she was in her Mexico getaway, and she was all smiles.

Over the years, Union has been open about how she maintains her youthful appearance.
"Well, when I was young, it was like a curse, but I think my oily skin has worked as an embalming fluid," she said during an interview with Entertainment Tonight in 2014. "I also try to keep my stress levels down and I started drinking a gallon of water every day once I hit 35."
In her latest book, You Got Anything Stronger?: Stories, Union talked about her struggles with being married to a younger man.
“This is his recurring joke: the idea that we are outrunning my age, the nine-year gap between us that can feel like the literal time bomb built into our marriage,” she said of her marriage to NBA star Dwyane Wade. “Sometimes the joke is funny, and sometimes it’s f****ing not.”
She also admitted that at one point she had begun to obsess over gray hairs and noted the continued messaging toward women on aging. But after overcoming her own struggles, Union urged women to have "the audacity to age, and hope, and believe in love.”
