Gisele Bündchen's daughter has a close eye on one item in the supermodel's closet and it's likely she will acquire it — in time.

Speaking to PEOPLE on Dec. 8 at an intimate event for IWC Schaffhausen during Art Basel Miami, Bündchen, a brand ambassador for the legendary Swiss watchmaker, shared that Vivian, 11, has set her sights on her mom's watches, namely, the Ingenieur Automatic 40 model, which costs $11,700.

Bündchen said that she's personally “loving" that specific timepiece right now. "It's beautiful, it’s kind of sporty, and I’m very sporty. But, it’s versatile.” And while Vivian is "not yet" allowed to borrow the accessory, the supermodel professed with a laugh, "believe me, she’s taking an eye on my watches, like, 'Mom, I like that, are you going to give that to me, are you saving that for me?'”

Lucky for the pre-teen, IWC's designs are built to last. “That’s what I love about these, they can pass down generations,” Bündchen says of the watches, adding, “When you have good quality things, they last forever."

But, beyond accessorizing, the newly-minted Miami resident has a deeper take on the importance of watches. “Managing time is the most important thing, because time is the most valuable currency we have,” she said.

Looking chic in a camel-colored shorts-suit and nude heels, the mother of two – who was also celebrating son Benjamin’s 14th birthday the day of the event – sat with the small group to discuss her career, parenting and more.

When the topic turned to art and expression, Bündchen explained that she loves fashion because "you get to play different roles. You can be saucy, or some days you’re tomboyish. Some days you want people to notice you and some days you’re like ‘please don’t look at me’. Sometimes you want to be comfortable and sometimes you want to be fatale! There are different ways of expressing yourself.”

As for her personal style, the supermodel says, “Comfort is first. I’m past the time when I can wear something uncomfortable. I wore those dresses with the corset where you can’t breathe…I did that in my 20s and 30s, and I’m like, no more – I paid my dues.”

Then Bündchen shared her signature look consists of two simple items, saying, “I’m a jeans girl. Jeans and a T-shirt – that’s my thing. I’ve been doing the white T-shirt and jeans for 30 years. It’s just so comfortable and easy.”
