Glee star Max Adler welcomes a baby boy with his wife Jennifer
Congratulations are in order for Glee star, Matt Adler and his wife, Jennifer, who have become parents for the first time.
Jennifer gave birth to a beautiful baby boy who they named Dylan on Friday (March 27), though it was in rather sad family circumstances.
"Please allow me to introduce you all to my son, Dylan Remington Adler, born March 27, 2020. 6lbs 5oz. 5:25am.
"My wife, and his champion warrior goddess of a mother, gave birth to him in the midst of a global pandemic, and a day after finding out her mother passed way suddenly and unexpectedly.
"So so so much love and respect and admiration for her, and for all mothers out there. Excited for this next chapter to begin..."
The actor told Page Six that they were very nervous at the prospect of Jennifer giving birth while the world is facing the coronavirus pandemic.
"We were very worried about giving birth during these scary, fearful, uncertain and trying times in the world," he said, revealing she endured a mammoth 24-hour labour.
"Watching her deliver our son filled me with hope, admiration, respect, and inspiration. This world has a future filled with innocent people entering into it from all over that we need to preserve and fight for, now more than ever.

"We all come into this world the same way, we are all equal, and we all need to look out for one another as such."
The actor is known for playing football-playing bully, Dave Karofsky, in Glee and Miles 'Tank' Conroy in Switched at Birth.
