The family of Charlotte Sena has started a GoFundMe to help with expenses during a “difficult time” in the wake of her alleged kidnapping and subsequent rescue.

The fundraiser was started by Charlotte’s aunt, Jene Luciani Sena, who wrote that the funds will go straight to the 9-year-old girl’s parents “while they transition back into some sense of normalcy.”

So far the GoFundMe has raised over $20,000 for Charlotte’s family in less than a day.

The print matched one from a 1999 DWI in Saratoga. Through the match, police tracked down the address of Ross’ mother, where they found a camper parked in the rear Monday evening, NY Gov. Kathy Hochul said. Inside the camper. Charlotte was found in a cabinet.

“She is in good hands. She appeared to be outwardly physically unharmed at the time,” Hochul said.

Ross was charged early Tuesday morning and is being held at Saratoga County Jail without bail. Additional charges are anticipated, New York State Police said. It is unclear if he's retained an attorney to speak on his behalf.
