Golden Knights star puts his $2.5M mansion on the market

Have you ever wanted to move to the beautiful city of Las Vegas, Nevada? Want to live in a home that used to be owned by the man that is undoubtedly the greatest goaltender in the history of the Vegas Golden Knights franchise?

Well, I have some fantastic news. You can do both of those things by putting an offer on Marc-Andre Fleury’s house that was recently put on the market.

You’ll just need about $2.5 million to make all of this a reality. (That’s the reason I’m more than willing to let you know about this recent real estate opportunity. If I had that kind of money kicking around, I’d be all over this deal.)

The 5,285-square-foot home has everything necessary to live a happy life. Does it have an open-plan gourmet kitchen? Oh yeah. How about four bedrooms? Nope, it has one more than that. That’s right, people. Five bedrooms! On top of that, 4.75 bathrooms. (Who knew that bathrooms could be broken down into quarters!) What about a formal dining area and an office? Double yup.

Go ahead and check out the full tour of my dream property for yourself.

It’s the private backyard that is the highlight of this place. It has two verandas (because everyone knows that one is never enough), a spa, a built-in BBQ, a pool and a casita. Before seeing this listing, I didn’t even know what a casita was. Now, I don’t think I’ll be able to go on living without one.

For $2.5 million, the man they call ‘Flower’ and his family are basically giving this place away. This got me thinking – does he and/or the people he knows call this place ‘The Greenhouse’?

If they don’t, they definitely should.

If I could put up my Las Vegas home for $2.5 million like Marc-Andre Fleury of the Vegas Golden Knights, I’d probably be smiling like that too. (Photo by Ethan Miller/Getty Images)
