Greta Thunberg Trolled Donald Trump's Post-Election Meltdown With His Own Words
Trump mocked the 17-year-old climate activist last year after she was named Time's Person of the Year.
Greta Thunberg is using Donald Trump's own words against him.
Nearly a year after the president attacked her after she was named Time's Person of the Year (tweeting, "So ridiculous. Greta must work on her Anger Management problem, then go to a good old fashioned movie with a friend! Chill Greta, Chill!"), Thunberg saw an opportunity for a clapback and took it.
In response to Trump's tweet calling for a halt to votes being counted in the presidential election, Thunberg wrote, "So ridiculous. Donald must work on his Anger Management problem, then go to a good old fashioned movie with a friend! Chill Donald, Chill!"

At the time of Trump's attack last year, she jabbed back by changing her Twitter bio to: "A teenager working on her anger management problem. Currently chilling and watching a good old fashioned movie with a friend."
If there's one lesson to be learned from this, perhaps it's that it would be ill-advised to go after a Gen Z-er on the platforms they know best — social media. Thunberg may have excellently trolled Trump in the past already, but the ultimate troll is playing the long game and sitting on a clapback for months to deploy it at the exact right moment.
