Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin Agree to Divorce Terms, Terminating Spousal Support
The conscious uncoupling is complete.
Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow have officially agreed to divorce terms, ET can confirm.
New court documents confirm that the lifestyle mogul and her Coldplay frontman ex have officially parted ways, after first filing for divorce in April 2015. They are asking a judge to terminate child support for both parties and "have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights."
Since calling it quits, Paltrow, 43, and Martin, 39, have had about as amicable a post-married life as you can, making their two children -- 12-year-old Apple and 10-year-old Moses -- a priority.
"You have to constantly let go," Paltrow told ET in March of co-parenting post-divorce. "You have to let go of old ideas, old resentments. You have to put the kids first, which I think people have the idea of that, but then oftentimes, you struggle with it."

But, as the actress told UK's Red magazine last month, the struggle is necessary.
"When we said we're going to put the children first, we meant [it]," she told the publication. "So we really tried [and] that meant I'm gonna check my s**t at the door, and I'm going to focus on all the reasons that I love you, that you're like my brother and my family forever and we'll deal with that stuff another time. It's not always easy, but it's just the way we wanted to try to do it."
