Halton Regional Police Investigate Triple Traffic Fatality

The Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) are investigating a triple traffic fatality at the intersection of Britannia and Fourth Line in Milton. The collision between a Cadillac and an SUV happened at around 12:30 a.m. on June 19, 2021.

An initial investigation concluded that a 28-year old Milton resident was driving a Cadillac sedan south, and collided with an SUV carrying three passengers. Two died at the scene, while a third died during transport to a trauma centre. No identities will be released until next-of-kin have been notified.

The driver of the Cadillac has what police characterize as "serious, but not life-threatening injuries". The intersection was closed for 8 hours while the HRPS Reconstruction Unit investigated the scene.
