Hayley Williams Dedicates Throwback Paramore Song to Robert Pattinson & "Twilight"

Hayley Williams brought Paramore fans — and Twilight aficionados — back to 2008 again with a special shoutout over the weekend.
The rock band took the stage at Wembley Stadium in London this week as part of Taylor Swift's Eras Tour. During night three of the five scheduled performances at the massive venue, Paramore added a surprise song to their usual set. In between hits, lead singer Hayley Williams prefaced the performance by praising Suki Waterhouse, who was added as another opener ahead of Paramore on Saturday.
“Did you guys see Suki earlier? She f*cking killed it, Suki Waterhouse everyone," Williams said while clapping.
As the instruments rang in the background, Williams then pivoted to talking about Waterhouse's partner and father of her child, Robert Pattinson — giving fans a major hint as to what they're about to play. In fan footage from the concert, you can hear fans get excited as they realize Paramore will be playing “Decode.”
“But I would like to dedicate this next song to Mr. Waterhouse," Williams said. "This is the skin of a killer, Bella.”
If you don't remember the significance, “Decode” was written for the 2008 film Twilight soundtrack. Pattinson's acting career exploded after he played the sparkly vampire love interest Edward Cullen.
“This is for you, Robert," Williams continued, as “Decode” began playing. Paramore's usual Eras Tour setlist doesn't always include the song, which made it an even bigger treat for fans. Did the band decide to add it on because Suki Waterhouse joined the tour? Was Mr. Skin-of-a-killer-Bella himself in the crowd to support Suki? That's been unconfirmed.
Waterhouse announced on social media earlier this month that she was added as a special guest to Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in her “hometown” of London, calling it a “dream come true.” A fan on X shared an old photo of Waterhouse wearing a t-shirt with Swift's 1989 album on it with the caption, “someone go tell this girl she’s opening for taylor swift on the eras tour.” Waterhouse reposted the photo with a crying emoji face.
