Heather Locklear's arrest: Shocking details emerge on altercation with boyfriend, cops

Shocking details have emerged on when reportedly went down during Heather Locklear's February arrest following a domestic violence incident.

According to the search warrant obtained by TMZ, the bloody altercation between Locklear and her high school sweetheart live-in boyfriend, Christopher Heisser, was remembered very differently by Locklear and Heisser.

The warrant was obtained several days after Locklear's initial arrest so that authorities could search for the gun that the actress threatened to shoot cops with if they returned to her property.

In it, cops say that Heisser, whose nose was noticeably bloody, was standing next to a bed holding Locklear's wrists. The actress was on the bed.

According to Heisser, the argument involved Locklear acting "crazy, angry and wild" as she physically attacking him, after which he defended himself. Locklear claims that his form of defense was choking her until she couldn't breathe. She reportedly admitted to throwing a can of Red Bull at him and revealed that the altercation started because he lied to her. It's unclear what the lie was.

After kicking a police officer and yelling at officials to "get out of my f--king house," cops pinned Locklear to a car outside and eventually cuffed her on the ground.

During the standoff outside, cops say that Locklear screamed various profanity-laced threats at them.

"You f--king deserve your kids to die! You f--king deserve it!" she reportedly said. "And when you find yourself in that position, think of me!"

"I hope no one f--king burns your entire department down, you f--king police department. Get the f--k off my property. Don't ever come on it. All of you are not allowed. I will shoot you if you come on my property and take that as a threat and f--king put another count against me!"

Locklear's daughter, Ava, who reportedly jetted off to Hawaii with her father following the incident, was also there and told authorities that her mother had been drinking prior to the blowup.

Before investigators returned to Locklear's home with a search warrant, they uncovered that the actress had a .38 Smith and Wesson revolved registered under her name, but the warrant reveals that they were also looking for ammunition, firearm paraphernalia, prescription drugs, diaries, mail and more. They didn't find any guns on the scene.

Locklear is expected in court next week and has since checked back into a treatment facility. She had checked into rehab for the fifth time back in January.

"Heather has been in a very dark place for some time, prior to the most recent arrest," a source explained to Us Weekly. "Her family, led by daughter, Ava, has tried to get Heather to go to rehab for an extended period of time for help."
