Hilaria Baldwin is opening up about her third trimester of pregnancy.

On Thursday, the mother-of-six posted an old video on Instagram alongside a lengthy caption about exercise and how her body is "slowing down" while carrying her seventh child.

"As I begin the final trimester of this pregnancy, I feel my body slowing down. I love exercising while pregnant and feel grateful that my pregnancies have allowed for me to be active," she began in the caption. "We all know that every pregnancy is different and much control we have to let go to nature and listen to what our reality is. I got pregnant with Carmen at 28 and I’m 38 to have this baby girl. Age and wear and tear of so many pregnancies and babies are things I definitely feel."

In the clip, which she says is from a few years ago, the entrepreneur and author stood in her living room wearing black leather heeled boots, black leggings and a black knitted sweater. She performed an exercise routine of squats, shoulder rolls and stretches for the camera.

"I was looking at old photos of the babes and I found this video from a few years ago. These are exercises I do now and will be some of the first I go back to after I give birth," the 38-year-old explained. "Lots of pelvic floor concentration here with squats. Obviously no heels…you guys know me: always moving around with whatever I am wearing."

Baldwin concluded with an inspiring self-love message about respecting her body during pregnancy.

"Respecting the slowing down process and then the slow rev up again after baby. The expansion and contraction of the body. How grateful I am to have these experiences in my life’s story," she said.

Fans loved the throwback video and joked they could never workout in heels.

"My hip gave out while watching this," commented a follower with the laughing emoji.

"Awesome mom!" wrote a fan.

"Queen," said another, while someone else commented a series of heart emojis.

"How do you do all this in high heels?" added another follower.
