Hilaria Baldwin is going through her memory bank.

On Sunday, the mother-of-six posted an adorable throwback video of her working out with her kids on Instagram.

The clip began with the 38-year-old cradling one of her baby boys while squatting up and down. Shortly after, one of her daughters climbed onto Baldwin, who positioned both children on her hips as she continued to squat while facing the camera.

What's even more impressive is that Baldwin, an entrepreneur and author, performed the routine while wearing sky-high black pumps. In the video, she also rocked a V-neck white blouse and a black and white patterned mini skirt.

"Was looking through old photos today and found this weird impromptu workout shenanigan with baby Rafa and Carmen. The way she climbed up like a little monkey," she wrote in the caption. "Leo was about 6 months old…I see how little Raf was and it really hits me how close in age I had them. Oh, and we were going to some event…we all know I don’t dress like this at home!"

Fans loved the playful video, who said her kids were "adorable" and made "the cutest weights." Followers also called Baldwin "Wonder Woman" and "Super Woman."

Amidst her busy career and raising six children, it isn't always easy for Baldwin to find time to workout. A few years ago, Baldwin began posting her "found moment workouts" on Instagram, which are two to five minute exercise routines for busy mothers who don't have time for an hour-long gym session.

"These are things like stroller leg lifts or getting in a quick ab workout before bed," Baldwin told Nutritious Life. "I like to work out multiple times a day, whether that’s for two minutes, five minutes, or 10 minutes. And there’s something to be said about moving throughout the day versus going to the gym for an hour. Any opportunity you get to move or stretch is a good one."
