If the news cycle this past week has you feeling down, there’s a cheeky little meme making the rounds that might be just what you need right now.

So what is the meme? A dancing Winnie the Pooh, of course.

A CGI animation of everyone’s favourite honey-loving bear shows him busting out some serious dance moves. And while it doesn’t seem like something that would be overly captivating, we promise it will make you smile and you’ll jump on the Winnie the Pooh bandwagon.

A Twitter account devoted entirely to dancing Winnie the Pooh videos appeared online on Jan. 30. Whoever is running it, is also taking song requests. Here’s to hoping “Hooked on a Feeling” makes it into the mix sooner rather than later.
